  1. Lead and manage the implementation and maintenance of SuccessFactors cloud technology at PepsiCo.
  2. Utilize technical expertise to ensure the successful delivery of HR technology solutions.
  3. Manage a team of technical professionals and provide guidance and support to drive their success.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  5. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for the implementation and maintenance of SuccessFactors cloud technology.
  6. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and make recommendations for resolution.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in HR technology to identify new opportunities for improvement.
  8. Monitor and analyze system performance and make recommendations for enhancements or upgrades as needed.
  9. Ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations in all aspects of the project.
  10. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field: A Degree In A Technical Field Is Essential For A Successfactors Cloud Technical Delivery Manager Role At Pepsico. This Provides The Necessary Foundation In Software Development And Project Management Principles.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Implementing Successfactors: As A Technical Delivery Manager, It Is Crucial To Have Hands-On Experience With The Successfactors Platform. This Includes Configuring And Customizing Modules, Troubleshooting Technical Issues, And Managing Integrations With Other Systems.

  • Project Management Certification (E.g. Pmp): Pepsico Is Looking For A Technical Delivery Manager Who Can Effectively Lead And Manage Projects. A Project Management Certification, Such As Pmp, Demonstrates The Candidate's Knowledge And Skills In Planning, Executing, And Monitoring Complex Projects.

  • Strong Understanding Of Cloud Computing And Saas: Successfactors Is A Cloud-Based Software, And The Technical Delivery Manager Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Cloud Computing Principles And Saas (Software As A Service) Models. This Includes Knowledge Of Security, Scalability, And Data Management In The Cloud.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Manager, The Successfactors Technical Delivery Manager Must Have Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills. This Includes The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders, Lead A Team Of Developers And Consultants, And Build Relationships With Clients.
