Sr Statistical Modeler

PepsiCo is looking for a Sr Statistical Modeler with an innovative mindset and a passion for problem-solving. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing predictive models in support of PepsiCo's business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of complex statistical and modeling concepts, as well as the ability to effectively relay and explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of quantitative modeling experience, a Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering), and advanced proficiency in statistical software such as SAS, R, or Python. Additionally, you must be highly organized, able to manage multiple projects concurrently, and have strong communication and presentation skills. 1. Develop and implement predictive models in support of PepsiCo's business objectives.
2. Utilize advanced statistical and modeling skills to analyze complex data sets.
3. Create and present reports to business stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
4. Develop and maintain predictive models and algorithms using tools such as SAS, R, or Python.
5. Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities to improve model performance and accuracy.
6. Monitor performance of existing models and suggest improvements to optimize results.
7. Research and develop new methods and approaches for predictive modeling.
8. Provide technical guidance and training to other team members.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
