We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Product Manager to join our team and lead our Integrated Business Planning efforts for our Supply and Forums division.   1. Develop and implement comprehensive and strategic Integrated Business Planning (IBP) initiatives for the Supply and Forums division.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, operations, and finance to identify business growth opportunities and develop action plans to achieve them.
  3. Utilize market trends, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to drive product innovation and development.
  4. Lead the development and execution of product launch plans, including pricing strategies, promotional plans, and distribution plans.
  5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and external partners to foster collaboration and drive business success.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure PepsiCo remains a leader in the food and beverage industry.
  8. Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for the product line, and make strategic decisions to optimize resource allocation.
  9. Oversee the development and maintenance of product marketing materials, including packaging, advertising, and promotional materials.
  10. Lead and mentor a team of product managers to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  11. Represent PepsiCo at industry events and conferences to showcase our products and network with potential partners.
  12. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve the IBP process to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for PepsiCo and maintain a positive and professional image at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Cpg Industry

  • Strong Knowledge Of Integrated Business Planning Processes And Supply Chain Operations

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Driving Product Innovation

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
