- Lead the development and implementation of workforce management technology solutions to support PepsiCo's global business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements, and translate them into effective technology solutions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of PepsiCo's workforce management processes, systems, and tools.
- Utilize industry best practices and trends to continuously improve and innovate workforce management technology strategies and solutions.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for workforce management technology initiatives.
- Ensure all technology solutions are aligned with PepsiCo's overall business strategy and goals.

- Lead and mentor a team of workforce management technology specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to leverage their expertise and resources in developing and implementing workforce management technology solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to workforce management technology and data privacy.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, providing updates on project progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Represent PepsiCo as a thought leader in workforce management technology, participating in industry events and conferences as needed.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Workforce Management Or Technology Leadership Roles.
Strong Understanding Of Workforce Management Systems, Processes, And Industry Best Practices.
Experience In Leading And Managing A Team, With Proven Ability To Drive Results And Foster A Collaborative Work Environment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
