Sourcing & Procurement Director of Sustainability

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Supply Chain, or a related field• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in sustainability or related fields• Experience of leading successful sustainability transformations and developing sustainability strategies• Understanding of global supply chain dynamics and the ability to develop relationships with key suppliers• Strong negotiation and influencing skills• Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop trust and credibility with internal teams and external stakeholders• Creative problem-solving skills and experience in implementing change
