- Develop and implement global brand strategies that align with the overall company objectives and drive growth for the SodaStream brand.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends and consumer insights, and use this information to inform brand strategy and positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to develop and execute integrated marketing plans that support the brand's growth objectives.
- Create and manage the brand's annual marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective and impactful use of resources.
- Work closely with regional marketing teams to adapt global brand strategies and campaigns to local markets, taking into consideration cultural nuances and consumer preferences.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders, including PepsiCo teams, agencies, and suppliers, to drive successful execution of brand initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance and market trends, and make recommendations for adjustments to strategy as needed.
- Lead the development of new product launches and brand extensions, from concept to execution, ensuring consistency with brand positioning and messaging.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Stay up-to-date on industry and competitive trends, and proactively identify opportunities for growth and innovation for the brand.
- Cultivate a high-performing team by providing coaching, development, and leadership to direct reports.
- Champion the brand's mission and values, and ensure all brand activities align with and support these principles.
- Act as a brand ambassador and spokesperson, representing the brand at events, conferences, and media interviews.
- Continuously evaluate and improve brand processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Embrace and promote a culture of sustainability within the brand, aligning with the company's mission to make the world a better and more sustainable place.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Brand Management, Preferably In The Beverage Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Global Marketing Strategies And Experience In Managing International Brands.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching New Products And Developing Innovative Marketing Campaigns.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
