To be successful in this role, you should have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as service design, UX design, product design, or business administration, and at least 5 years of experience in a service design role. Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful service design projects.
- Utilize customer experience strategies and service design methodologies to create innovative service experiences.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor customer feedback and develop solutions to improve the customer experience.
- Analyze customer data and trends to develop strategies for optimizing services.
- Manage the product life cycle from concept to delivery.
- Develop and manage project budgets and timelines.
- Research and identify new service design opportunities.
- Lead and mentor team members.
