Senior Manager Supplier Diversity

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies to increase the number of diverse suppliers
2. Cultivate relationships with existing suppliers
3. Create a culture of inclusion within the Supply Chain team
4. Foster relationships with diverse suppliers
5. Monitor and measure the performance of the supplier diversity program
6. Provide timely and accurate reporting of supplier diversity initiatives
7. Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain diverse suppliers
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with diversity objectives
9. Remain current with industry trends and best practices in supplier diversity
10. Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with diversity requirements
