  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of learning and development professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
  3. Design, implement, and continuously improve learning programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees at all levels of the organization.
  4. Collaborate with key stakeholders and business leaders to identify learning needs and priorities, and develop solutions to address them.
  5. Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in learning and development, and apply this knowledge to enhance the effectiveness of our programs.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the impact of learning initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  7. Manage the learning and development budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
  8. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization, promoting a growth mindset and encouraging employees to take ownership of their own development.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers, vendors, and industry experts to bring in new and innovative learning solutions.
  10. Proactively identify and address any potential barriers to learning and development, and develop solutions to overcome them.
  11. Serve as a subject matter expert on learning and development, providing guidance and support to HR and business leaders as needed.
  12. Lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to personal and professional development and inspiring others to do the same.

  • Extensive Experience In Developing And Implementing Learning And Development Strategies At A Large, Global Organization.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Team Of Learning And Development Professionals And Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Learning And Growth.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Current And Emerging Trends In Learning And Development, Including Digital Learning Platforms, Gamification, And Microlearning.

  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And The Ability To Design And Deliver Effective Training Programs For Diverse Employee Groups.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
