  1. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth for PepsiCo.
  2. Lead and execute data-driven initiatives to enhance the company's consumer data strategy.
  3. Utilize consumer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be translated into actionable business decisions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources, including market research, sales data, and consumer behavior data.
  5. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the company's data strategy and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in consumer data analysis and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  7. Manage and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support to help them deliver high-quality work.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external data providers and vendors to ensure access to the most relevant and accurate data.
  9. Oversee the data governance process to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
  10. Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  11. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the proper infrastructure and tools are in place to support the company's consumer data strategy.
  12. Identify and implement new technologies and tools to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
  13. Participate in industry conferences and events to stay informed about the latest advancements in consumer data and data analytics.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on consumer data and provide guidance and support to other teams within the company.
  15. Continuously assess and improve the data strategy to ensure it aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
