1. Develop and implement a comprehensive beverage media strategy for the Asia Pacific region, in alignment with overall business objectives and brand vision.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Innovation, to ensure the beverage media strategy is integrated and effectively supports product launches, campaigns, and other initiatives.
3. Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in the APAC media landscape, and proactively identify opportunities for our brand to reach and engage with target consumers.
4. Lead and manage a team of media professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive individual and team growth.
5. Oversee the planning, negotiation, and execution of media campaigns across various channels, such as TV, digital, print, and out-of-home.
6. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging data and insights to optimize future strategies and investments.
7. Develop and manage the regional media budget, ensuring efficient and effective allocation of resources.
8. Build relationships and negotiate partnerships with external media agencies and vendors, ensuring strong partnerships and cost-effective solutions.
9. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other forums, building brand awareness and fostering key relationships.
10. Serve as a subject matter expert on beverage media in the APAC region, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
