Senior Legal Director, EHS & Supply Chain Operations

1. Oversee and ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations and laws related to PepsiCo's operations.
2. Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve EHS and supply chain operations and processes.
3. Serve as the primary point of contact for all legal matters related to EHS and supply chain operations.
4. Provide guidance and direction to internal teams and external partners on EHS and supply chain compliance matters.
5. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and company values.
7. Stay updated on changes in EHS and supply chain regulations and laws and proactively communicate any potential impact to the company.
8. Create and maintain a culture of compliance and sustainability within the organization.
9. Manage relationships with external legal counsel and other relevant agencies and organizations.
10. Communicate and present legal updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
11. Develop and implement training programs to ensure all employees are aware of and adhering to EHS and supply chain regulations and laws.
12. Monitor supply chain operations to identify and address any potential legal or ethical issues.
13. Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement sustainable and environmentally responsible practices.
14. Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of EHS and supply chain compliance programs and make recommendations for improvement.
15. Act as a champion for corporate social responsibility initiatives and promote a positive image of PepsiCo's commitment to sustainability.
