  1. Conduct internal audits: The Senior Associate will be responsible for conducting thorough and accurate audits of PepsiCo's internal controls and risk management processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Identify potential risks: The Senior Associate will be responsible for identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities within PepsiCo's business operations and recommend appropriate controls to mitigate them.
  3. Develop and maintain audit plans: The Senior Associate will be responsible for developing and maintaining audit plans, including scoping, testing, and reporting procedures, to ensure timely and efficient completion of audits.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: The Senior Associate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and legal, to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Communicate audit findings: The Senior Associate will be responsible for effectively communicating audit findings to management and providing recommendations for remediation of any identified issues.
  6. Monitor remediation efforts: The Senior Associate will monitor and track the implementation of remediation plans for identified issues to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  7. Stay updated on industry regulations: The Senior Associate will stay informed about industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance with changing standards and regulations.

  10. Uphold ethical standards: The Senior Associate will uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information during the audit process.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Audit, Accounting, Or Finance Roles.

  • Certified Public Accountant (Cpa) Or Certified Internal Auditor (Cia) Designation Preferred.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Us Gaap And Internal Control Frameworks (Such As Coso).

  • Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving, And Communication Skills.
