
Senior Analyst, Talent Management

- Conduct research and gather data on talent management best practices and industry trends to inform and support our talent strategy.
- Analyze talent data and metrics to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain talent management dashboards and reports to provide leadership with key insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement talent management initiatives, policies, and programs.
- Conduct talent assessments and provide recommendations for succession planning and leadership development.
- Facilitate training and development programs for employees at all levels to support their growth and development.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Communicate with employees and managers to gather feedback and insights on talent management processes and programs.
- Manage and maintain talent data in HR systems and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in talent management to continuously improve our processes and programs.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members to support their professional development.
- Act as a subject matter expert on talent management and provide guidance and support to HR and business leaders.
- Represent PepsiCo at industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay informed on talent management trends and best practices.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Or Related Hr Function.
Strong Understanding Of Talent Management Best Practices And Experience Developing And Implementing Talent Management Strategies.
Experience Working In A Large, Global Organization, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Use Data To Make Strategic Decisions And Drive Results.
