We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Analyst to join our Talent Management team and help us drive our talent strategy forward. As a Senior Analyst, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization by providing critical insights and recommendations related to talent and organizational effectiveness.   1. Conduct research and gather data on talent management best practices and industry trends to inform and support our talent strategy.
  2. Analyze talent data and metrics to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  3. Develop and maintain talent management dashboards and reports to provide leadership with key insights and recommendations.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement talent management initiatives, policies, and programs.
  5. Conduct talent assessments and provide recommendations for succession planning and leadership development.
  6. Facilitate training and development programs for employees at all levels to support their growth and development.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  8. Communicate with employees and managers to gather feedback and insights on talent management processes and programs.
  9. Manage and maintain talent data in HR systems and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  10. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in talent management to continuously improve our processes and programs.
  11. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members to support their professional development.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on talent management and provide guidance and support to HR and business leaders.
  13. Represent PepsiCo at industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay informed on talent management trends and best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Or Related Hr Function.

  • Strong Understanding Of Talent Management Best Practices And Experience Developing And Implementing Talent Management Strategies.

  • Experience Working In A Large, Global Organization, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Use Data To Make Strategic Decisions And Drive Results.
