  1. Develop and implement talent management strategies and initiatives to support the overall business objectives of PepsiCo.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of talent data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement talent development programs and initiatives.
  4. Ensure the successful execution of talent management programs by providing guidance, support, and resources to managers and employees.
  5. Create and manage talent pipelines to identify and develop high-potential employees.
  6. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of talent management programs, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management and bring new ideas and innovative solutions to the team.
  8. Partner with HR and business leaders to identify critical roles and develop succession plans.
  9. Conduct research and provide insights on external market trends and competitor practices.
  10. Develop and deliver presentations and reports to senior leadership on talent management initiatives and progress.
  11. Mentor and coach junior team members to support their growth and development.
  12. Continuously track and report on key talent metrics to inform decision-making and measure the success of talent management efforts.
  13. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to support the implementation of talent management programs and initiatives.
  14. Maintain a strong understanding of PepsiCo's culture, values, and business priorities to align talent management efforts accordingly.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for PepsiCo, representing the company and its talent management practices at industry conferences and events.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Talent Management, Preferably In A Large, Global Organization.

  • Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Successful Talent Management Programs, Including Performance Management, Succession Planning, And Leadership Development.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Use Data To Drive Decision-Making And Identify Areas For Improvement.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
