  1. Lead and manage all IT operations within the sector, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of technology services.
  2. Develop and implement strategic technology initiatives in alignment with sector and company goals.
  3. Stay up-to-date on latest technology trends and best practices, and make recommendations for their implementation within the sector.
  4. Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
  5. Oversee the sector's IT budget, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately and in line with business needs.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technology needs and opportunities within the sector.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the sector has access to cutting-edge technology solutions.
  8. Monitor and report on IT performance and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
  9. Ensure compliance with company IT policies, procedures, and security protocols.
  10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, to provide updates on IT operations and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Relevant Education And Experience: A Sector It Senior Manager At Pepsico Should Have A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science Or A Related Field, Along With 8-10 Years Of Experience In It Management.
