- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address any potential risks or issues.
- Communicate project status updates and escalate any critical issues to senior management.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile processes and best practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing and promoting Agile methodologies.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Project Managers to share best practices and ensure consistency across projects.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Agile methodologies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Develop and maintain project documentation and ensure it is accessible and up-to-date.
- Represent PepsiCo as a subject matter expert in Agile methodologies at conferences and events.
Strong Understanding Of Agile Methodologies: A Scrum Master/Project Manager At Pepsico Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Agile Principles And Methodologies Such As Scrum, Kanban, And Lean.
