- Conducting research and sourcing top talent to fill open positions within PepsiCo's supply chain team.
- Developing and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements for each role.
- Managing the full recruitment process, including job postings, resume review, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Building and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources.
- Utilizing innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates.
- Monitoring and analyzing recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Assisting with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of PepsiCo's supply chain operations through identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and supply chain management.
- Representing PepsiCo in a positive and professional manner at job fairs, industry events, and other networking opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
- Supporting and promoting a diverse and inclusive work environment within the supply chain team.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of new hires into the supply chain team.
- Continuously seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth within the company.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources Or Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Large, Multi-National Organization.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Employment Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Various Levels Of Employees.
Demonstrated Ability To Handle Confidential Information With Discretion And Maintain A High Level Of Professionalism.
