2. Lead project teams in the implementation and maintenance of SAP S/4 solutions.
3. Ensure that PepsiCo's SAP systems remain secure and up-to-date.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP S/4.
5. Provide customer service to SAP users, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
6. Develop and maintain SAP S/4 best practices.
7. Monitor and report on system performance and usage.
8. Assist in training users on SAP S/4 tools and processes.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure optimal SAP S/4 integration.
10. Collaborate with IT team members to analyze and improve system performance.
