  1. Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet the business objectives of PepsiCo.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address complex business challenges through the use of Salesforce technology.
  3. Maintain and update existing Salesforce solutions to ensure they align with changing business needs.
  4. Utilize your technical knowledge and expertise to drive digital transformation and enhance the customer experience.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continually improve and optimize Salesforce solutions.
  6. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including non-technical team members, to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for Salesforce solutions to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing support.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or bugs related to Salesforce solutions.
  9. Participate in the evaluation and selection of third-party tools, applications, and plugins to enhance the functionality of Salesforce.
  10. Collaborate with the Salesforce development team to ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and maintainable.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce architecture, development, and best practices.
  12. Mentor and train junior team members to develop their Salesforce skills and knowledge.
  13. Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of Salesforce solutions.
  14. Represent PepsiCo at conferences, events, and industry forums to promote our Salesforce solutions and share our success stories.
  15. Adhere to PepsiCo's security and compliance policies to ensure the safety and confidentiality of sensitive data within Salesforce.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Salesforce Solution Engineering And Implementation

  • Strong Understanding Of Salesforce Architecture And Capabilities, Including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, And Marketing Cloud

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders

  • Proven Experience In Delivering Successful Salesforce Projects, With A Focus On Driving Business Impact And Roi For The Organization.
