- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Design and develop custom solutions using the Salesforce platform to support the sales and marketing teams.
- Implement and configure Salesforce applications, including custom objects, workflows, process automation, and third-party integrations.
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of Salesforce solutions to ensure their functionality and usability.
- Proactively identify and address any technical issues or challenges that may arise during the implementation process.
- Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, including training and documentation, to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce solutions.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and updates and make recommendations for their implementation to improve business processes.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the integration of Salesforce solutions with other systems and applications.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of Salesforce solutions.
- Communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders and upper management as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in Salesforce development and make recommendations for their implementation within the company.
- Maintain a high level of data integrity and security within Salesforce solutions.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines in all aspects of the job.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce solutions and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the performance of Salesforce solutions to meet the evolving needs of the business.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Salesforce Implementation, Configuration, And Customization.
Salesforce Certification (E.g. Certified Administrator, Certified Advanced Administrator, Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant).
Strong Understanding Of Pepsico's Business Processes And Sales Operations.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
