Job Description

PepsiCo is seeking a talented and highly motivated Sales Supervisor to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales experience, the ability to lead a team, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our sales team, creating sales strategies, and developing relationships with current and prospective customers.If you have the drive and enthusiasm to take on this exciting role, we want to hear from you! To be successful in this position, you should have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, and excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. You must also have the ability to work independently and a strong understanding of the sales process. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee sales team and ensure sales goals are achieved.
  2. Create and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
  4. Lead team members and provide guidance and direction.
  5. Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching.
  6. Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop sales plans.
  7. Monitor sales metrics to ensure sales targets are met.
  8. Prepare and present reports on sales performance.
  9. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  10. Assist in the development of promotional materials.
