- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize profitability and drive revenue growth across multiple markets.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on revenue management goals and strategies.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and develop pricing and promotion strategies.
- Manage and optimize trade spend to ensure efficient use of resources and maximum return on investment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams.
- Utilize data and analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of revenue management initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed and up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and innovations in revenue management.
- Develop and implement training programs to build revenue management capabilities within the organization.
- Communicate revenue management strategies and results to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to revenue management, such as pricing, promotions, and trade spend ROI.
- Collaborate with global teams to share best practices and drive consistency in revenue management processes.
- Stay abreast of consumer needs and preferences to inform revenue management strategies and ensure alignment with company goals and values.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of revenue management capabilities.
- Manage and develop a team of revenue management professionals, providing guidance, support, and growth opportunities.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Revenue Management Or Pricing Strategy, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Industry.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data Analysis And Forecasting Techniques.
Proficiency In Revenue Management Software And Tools, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Sas.
