  2. Analyze market trends and consumer data to identify growth opportunities and drive profitability.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain to align on revenue growth goals and strategies.
  4. Utilize revenue management tools and techniques to optimize pricing, promotion, and product mix.
  5. Monitor and track progress towards revenue goals, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.
  6. Conduct in-depth analysis of market and competitor performance to inform strategic decision making.
  7. Identify and recommend new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  8. Lead and mentor team members to ensure successful implementation of revenue growth strategies.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue management.
  11. Help shape the overall revenue growth strategy for PepsiCo and contribute to long-term business planning.
  12. Collaborate with global teams to share best practices and drive consistent revenue growth across different regions.
  13. Participate in budget planning and forecasting processes to ensure revenue targets are met.
  14. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of revenue growth strategies, making adjustments as needed.
  15. Represent PepsiCo at industry events and conferences to network and stay informed on industry developments.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Revenue Management Or Sales Strategy Within The Consumer Goods Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Revenue Growth And Implementing Successful Pricing Strategies.
