Job Description

PepsiCo is looking for an experienced Retail Media Manager to join our dynamic and motivated team. We are looking for a self-starter with a passion for retail media, who has a proven track record of success in the retail media space. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to creating innovative and effective retail media strategies to help PepsiCo stay ahead of the competition.The Retail Media Manager will work closely with internal and external partners to develop and implement retail media plans for PepsiCo brands. They will be responsible for creating and optimizing campaigns, developing insights into consumer trends, and leveraging our data to drive sales. A successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in retail media. You must also have a solid understanding of consumer segmentation, media planning, retail media analytics, and the ability to build relationships with external partners. A knowledge of Nielsen, IRI, and other retail data sources is also required.
