- Conduct regular store visits to review product displays and ensure they are in line with PepsiCo's merchandising standards.
- Execute product resets according to company guidelines and timelines, including planogram updates and new product launches.
- Collaborate with store managers and employees to gain support for product displays and address any issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels by monitoring product movement and notifying management of any discrepancies.
- Ensure all products are properly stocked and rotated on shelves to maintain freshness and prevent out-of-stocks.
- Utilize merchandising best practices to optimize product placement and drive sales.
- Communicate with sales representatives and merchandising teams to coordinate product deliveries and ensure timely execution of resets.
- Conduct store audits to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
- Monitor and report on competitor activity and provide insights to inform future merchandising strategies.
- Train and educate store employees on proper product placement and merchandising techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage and maintenance of merchandising equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while performing job duties.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency in reset execution.
- Represent PepsiCo in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Experience In Retail Merchandising: A Reset Specialist At Pepsico Should Have Experience In Retail Merchandising, Including Knowledge Of Planograms, Shelf Schematics, And Product Placement.
