- Conduct regular store visits to assess product display and stocking needs.
- Ensure all products are properly displayed and stocked according to company standards.
- Communicate with store managers and personnel to coordinate reset plans and obtain necessary approvals.
- Organize and execute product resets in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for product placement and restocking.
- Maintain accurate records of store visits, reset plans, and inventory levels.
- Identify and report any issues or discrepancies with product placement or inventory levels.
- Train and coach store personnel on proper product display and stocking techniques.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor product displays.
- Participate in meetings and provide insights and recommendations for improving product appearance and sales.
- Collaborate with merchandising team to ensure new products are properly displayed during resets.
- Work with store personnel to ensure all product displays and signage are compliant with company and store guidelines.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols when conducting resets in stores.
- Continuously strive to improve product display and stocking processes to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
Knowledge Of Retail Merchandising: A Reset Specialist At Pepsico Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Retail Merchandising Principles And Practices, Including Planogram Execution, Shelf Placement, And Product Rotation.
Experience In Project Management: This Role Involves Coordinating And Executing Store Resets Within Tight Timelines. Therefore, A Reset Specialist Should Have Experience In Project Management, Including Planning, Organizing, And Delegating Tasks To Ensure Successful Completion Of The Reset.
Strong Communication Skills: A Reset Specialist Will Interact With Various Stakeholders, Including Store Managers, Team Members, And Pepsico Sales Representatives. Therefore, Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Necessary To Effectively Convey Instructions And Provide Updates On The Reset Progress.
