Job Description

PepsiCo is seeking a talented and motivated Regulatory Affairs Associate Analyst to join our Regulatory Affairs team. This role is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter with excellent communication skills to ensure that all products are compliant with relevant local and international regulations.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field and a minimum of 1-2 years of regulatory affairs experience. They should have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. They must be organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. If you are eager to join a leading global food and beverage company, then this is the role for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure compliance of all products with relevant local and international regulations.
  2. Research and analyze applicable regulations to evaluate potential impacts on product formulation and labeling.
  3. Develop and maintain regulatory databases and tracking systems to ensure timely, accurate submission of product information.
  4. Prepare and submit product-related regulatory documents for registration and notification purposes.
  5. Provide guidance on regulatory requirements to cross-functional teams and other stakeholders.
  6. Keep up to date with regulatory changes and industry best practices.
  7. Monitor regulatory compliance of existing and new products.
  8. Respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies.
  9. Create and review product labeling and artwork for accuracy and compliance.
  10. Maintain documentation of regulatory activities and due diligence.
