  3. Develop and maintain technical documentation for all automation processes, including standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guides.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automation equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  5. Stay updated on the latest advancements in automation technology and make recommendations for implementing new tools and processes.
  6. Train and mentor junior technicians on automation procedures and best practices.
  7. Participate in project planning and budgeting, ensuring that automation needs are taken into consideration.
  8. Conduct regular audits and quality checks on automation processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
  9. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and evaluate new automation equipment.
  10. Take a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuously look for ways to optimize and improve automation processes.
