Job Description

At PepsiCo, we are looking for an innovative and experienced R&D Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating and improving products, processes, and systems, and have a knack for problem solving. The right individual will be a creative thinker, with a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication and organizational skills.The R&D Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing new products and processes, in alignment with PepsiCo standards and goals. This individual will need to possess a strong understanding of engineering principles, process optimization, and troubleshooting.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the food and beverage or related industry. A Master's degree is a plus.
