- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful product launches.
- Conduct product testing and gather feedback to continuously improve and enhance product offerings.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to foster a culture of learning and development within the R&D Foods team.
- Maintain a high level of quality and safety in all product development processes.
- Represent PepsiCo and the R&D Foods team at industry events and conferences.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and compliance requirements for food products.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of product development.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful commercialization and market launch of new products.
Advanced Degree In Food Science, Chemistry, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Food Industry R&D, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role
Extensive Knowledge Of Food Product Development, Including Formulation, Processing, And Commercialization
Strong Project Management Skills, With A Track Record Of Successfully Leading Cross-Functional Teams
Expertise In Food Safety, Regulatory Compliance, And Quality Assurance Standards
