  1. Conduct thorough quality control checks on all products to ensure they meet PepsiCo's standards of excellence.
  2. Analyze and interpret data from quality control tests and report any deviations or issues to the appropriate teams.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality.
  4. Monitor and maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
  5. Perform regular audits of production processes to identify potential quality risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
  6. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure all quality control processes are followed accurately.
  7. Train and guide new team members on quality control procedures and protocols.
  8. Participate in the development and implementation of quality control policies and procedures.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve any quality-related issues that may arise during production.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality control practices to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  11. Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control tests and results.
  12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Food Science, Chemistry, Or Biology.

  • Previous Experience In Quality Control Or A Related Field, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Quality Control Principles, Methods, And Practices.

  • Proficient In Statistical Analysis And Data Interpretation.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Setting.
