In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining our company's quality and food safety protocols to ensure the delivery of safe and superior products to our customers.   1. Develop and implement company-wide quality and food safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  2. Conduct regular audits and inspections of production facilities, suppliers, and third-party manufacturers to assess and maintain quality and safety standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and supply chain, to identify and address any quality or safety issues.
  4. Monitor and analyze data and trends related to product quality and safety, and take necessary corrective and preventive actions.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in quality and food safety practices, and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Train and educate employees on quality and food safety protocols and procedures, and ensure adherence to these standards.
  7. Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality or safety.
  8. Manage and maintain all necessary documentation and records related to quality and food safety.
  9. Work with external regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  10. Communicate and collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the use of high-quality and safe ingredients and materials.
  11. Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential quality and food safety hazards.
  12. Lead and participate in internal and external quality and food safety audits.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and organizations to stay informed on best practices and industry developments.
  14. Analyze and manage budget and resources related to quality and food safety initiatives.
  15. Act as a company representative and advocate for quality and food safety in industry events and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Food Science, Nutrition, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Food Safety And Quality Assurance In The Food And Beverage Industry

  • Knowledge Of Fda And Usda Regulations, Haccp, And Gmps

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions To Ensure Food Safety And Quality Standards Are Met.
