  13. Mentor and train junior procurement staff to ensure their professional growth and development.
  14. Represent the company in industry events and conferences as a subject matter expert in resin procurement.
  15. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all procurement activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Procurement And Supply Chain Management, With At Least 7 Years In A Senior Leadership Role In A Global Organization.

  • Strong Knowledge Of The Resin Industry And Market Trends, Including A Deep Understanding Of Sourcing Strategies And Supplier Relationships.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Cost Savings And Efficiency Improvements In Procurement Processes, Particularly In Resin Sourcing.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers And Internal Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Ability To Lead And Develop A Team Of Procurement Professionals, With A Focus On Driving Performance And Achieving Strategic Objectives.
