  1. Develop and implement project plans for various people operations initiatives, ensuring that they are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
  2. Monitor and track project progress, identifying any potential risks or issues and proactively finding solutions to keep projects on track.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and IT, to gather requirements and ensure smooth execution of projects.
  4. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement within people operations processes and procedures.
  5. Create and maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and status updates, to ensure transparency and effective communication with stakeholders.
  6. Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget and on time.
  7. Act as a liaison between various teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates and facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support project execution.
  9. Identify and implement best practices for project management to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to streamline and optimize people operations processes.
  11. Train and support team members on project management methodologies and tools.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in people operations to bring new ideas and insights to the team.
  13. Uphold PepsiCo's values and culture in all interactions and decision-making processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management And/Or People Operations.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Projects And Initiatives Within A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.

  • Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Hr Processes, Policies, And Procedures, As Well As Project Management Methodologies And Tools.
