  1. Develop and implement innovative talent management and learning strategies to drive employee engagement and development.
  2. Provide support to the team in all aspects of talent management and learning, including but not limited to performance management, succession planning, and learning and development programs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address talent gaps and development opportunities.
  4. Assist with the design and delivery of training programs and initiatives to support the development of employees at all levels.
  5. Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices and trends in talent management and learning.
  6. Manage and maintain talent management and learning systems and databases.
  7. Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events.
  8. Act as a point of contact for employees regarding talent management and learning inquiries and provide timely and effective support and guidance.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to talent management and learning.
  10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of talent management and learning processes and procedures.
  11. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in talent management and learning and share relevant information with the team.
  12. Communicate updates, changes, and new initiatives to employees in a clear and timely manner.
  13. Uphold PepsiCo's values and promote a positive work culture through all interactions.
  14. Maintain accurate records and reports related to talent management and learning.
  15. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • 1-3 Years Of Experience In Hr, Talent Management, Or Learning And Development Roles.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies And Procedures, As Well As Talent Management Best Practices.

  • Experience With Learning Management Systems And Other Hr Technology Platforms.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With All Levels Of Employees And Management.
