- Stocking and replenishing PepsiCo products in designated areas within retail stores.
- Ensuring that all products are accurately displayed and visibly appealing to customers.
- Organizing and arranging products according to PepsiCo's merchandising standards.
- Maintaining proper product rotation to ensure freshness and reduce waste.
- Collaborating with store managers and other team members to maintain a positive working relationship.
- Conducting regular inventory checks and communicating any discrepancies to management.
- Participating in merchandising initiatives and promotions to increase product visibility and sales.
- Adhering to safety guidelines and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting with product inquiries and addressing any customer concerns.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and adapt to changing schedules based on store needs.
- Following all company policies and procedures, including proper handling of cash and inventory.
- Representing the PepsiCo brand in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Strong Merchandising Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In Merchandising, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Merchandising Principles, Product Placement, And Inventory Management.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Merchandiser, The Candidate Will Need To Interact With Different Stakeholders, Including Store Managers, Sales Representatives, And Customers. Therefore, Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential To Effectively Convey Information And Build Relationships.
Physical Fitness: This Position Requires The Candidate To Be Physically Fit And Able To Lift And Move Heavy Objects, Such As Cases Of Beverages Or Crates. They Should Also Be Able To Stand For Extended Periods And Navigate Through Different Store Layouts.
Time Management Skills: As A Part-Time Merchandiser With Rotating Shifts, The Candidate Must Be Able To Manage Their Time Efficiently. They Should Be Able To Prioritize Tasks, Meet Deadlines, And Adapt To Changing Schedules Or Last-Minute Requests.
Flexibility And Adaptability: Working In A Fast-Paced Environment, The Candidate Should Be Adaptable To Changing Priorities And Able To Handle Unexpected Situations. They Should Also Be Flexible To Work Rotating Shifts, Including Weekends And Holidays, As Per Business Needs.
