1. Ensure products are displayed and stocked correctly in assigned retail locations.
2. Create and maintain attractive product displays that adhere to PepsiCo merchandising standards.
3. Monitor and track product inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available for consumers.
4. Build and maintain positive relationships with retail store managers and staff.
5. Collaborate with sales representatives to identify opportunities for increasing product visibility and sales.
6. Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with planogram and promotional guidelines.
7. Utilize excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively execute merchandising strategies.
8. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
9. Meet and exceed assigned sales goals and objectives.
10. Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform merchandising decisions.
11. Maintain accurate and thorough records of all merchandising activities and results.
12. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
13. Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
14. Represent PepsiCo in a professional and positive manner at all times.
