2. Conduct regular store visits to assess product availability, placement, and overall appearance.
3. Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers and employees to ensure PepsiCo products receive optimal placement and visibility.
4. Implement merchandising strategies and promotional displays to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
5. Collaborate with sales representatives to plan and execute merchandising initiatives.
6. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any out-of-stock or low stock situations to management.
7. Maintain accurate records of all merchandising activities, including photos and data.
8. Ensure all merchandising materials and equipment are properly maintained and utilized.
9. Identify and report any issues or opportunities for improvement in store layouts, displays, or product placement.
10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform merchandising strategies.
11. Provide training and support to new Merchandisers as needed.
12. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while performing merchandising duties.
13. Represent PepsiCo in a professional and positive manner at all times.
14. Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
15. Continuously seek out ways to improve merchandising processes and contribute to overall company success.
