- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, media channels, and optimal timing for campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to plan and execute media campaigns across various platforms, including TV, radio, print, digital, and social media.
- Negotiate and secure media placements, ensuring the best possible rates and placements for maximum impact.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization and future campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new media opportunities, and proactively make recommendations for incorporating them into campaigns.
- Develop and manage media budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely reporting.
- Communicate campaign plans, updates, and results to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners and vendors.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop impactful and cohesive messaging across all media channels.
- Ensure all media campaigns comply with legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Continuously monitor and analyze competitive media activity and provide insights to inform future campaigns.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all media activity aligns with PepsiCo's brand guidelines and messaging.
- Train and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Contribute to the overall marketing strategy and provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
Bachelor's Degree In Advertising, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Media Planning And Buying, Preferably In The Consumer Packaged Goods Industry.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Data To Make Strategic Media Decisions.
Familiarity With Media Research Tools And Software, Such As Nielsen And Comscore.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills To Effectively Work With Media Vendors And Internal Teams.
