Job Description

PepsiCo is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manufacturing Indirects Productivity Engineer to help drive productivity and continuous improvement initiatives across our indirect operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude and experience in a manufacturing environment.This role requires the successful candidate to be highly organized and have a complete understanding of the indirect operations process. The Manufacturing Indirects Productivity Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing cost reduction and productivity initiatives while maintaining quality standards.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and manage cost reduction and productivity initiatives across the indirect operations process.
  2. Monitor performance and ensure quality standards are maintained.
  3. Utilize lean manufacturing principles to identify and implement process improvements.
  4. Analyze data and develop strategies for streamlining processes.
  5. Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing personnel.
  6. Perform statistical problem solving and root cause analysis.
  7. Develop and implement maintenance plans and safety protocols.
  8. Monitor and recommend changes to production processes to ensure cost-efficiency.
  9. Maintain accurate records and reports of productivity and cost reductions.
  10. Work collaboratively with other departments to identify areas for improvement.
