
Manager - Total Rewards (Benefits)
PepsiCo seeks an experienced and highly motivated Total Rewards (Benefits) Manager to join our team! We are looking for a professional who can provide strategic insight and leadership in the development, implementation and administration of our Total Rewards strategy. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of benefits and compensation, a track record of successful collaboration and experience working in a fast-paced environment. A successful track record demonstrating the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders is essential. Experience with executive compensation and/or sales incentive plans is preferred. Candidates must have excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage the total rewards strategy for the organization.
- Provide strategic insight and leadership in the development, implementation, and administration of the total rewards strategy.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the execution of executive compensation and sales incentive plans.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of the total rewards strategy.
- Prepare reports and presentations for executive management on total rewards initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage the budget and financial resources associated with total rewards initiatives.
- Participate in salary and benefits surveys to ensure competitive positioning.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
Strong Interpersonal
Bachelor's Degree In Business Or Human Resources
Minimum Years Of Experience In Human Resources And/Or Benefits
Demonstrated Experience In Designing And/Or Managing Total Rewards Programs
Expertise In Leveraging Data And Analytics To Drive Decisions
Proficiency In Project Management And Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously
