1. Develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives that align with PepsiCo's overall goals and values.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into business operations and practices.
3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sustainability to inform the development of new initiatives.
4. Engage and build relationships with external stakeholders, including NGOs, government agencies, and community organizations, to drive positive social and environmental impact.
5. Conduct research and analysis to identify potential areas for improvement and innovation in sustainability.
6. Monitor and report on the progress and impact of sustainability initiatives, both internally and externally.
7. Advocate for sustainability within the company and educate employees on the importance and benefits of sustainability.
8. Identify and implement opportunities to reduce PepsiCo's environmental footprint and promote sustainable practices throughout the supply chain.
9. Stay informed on relevant regulations and policies related to sustainability and ensure compliance.
10. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to effectively communicate PepsiCo's sustainability efforts to consumers and stakeholders.
11. Manage and track budget and resources for sustainability initiatives.
12. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members and other employees to foster a culture of sustainability within the company.
