  1. Develop and implement public policy and government affairs strategies that align with PepsiCo's overall business goals and objectives.
  2. Monitor legislative and regulatory developments at the local, state, and federal levels and provide timely updates and analysis to senior management.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry associations, and community organizations.
  4. Represent PepsiCo's interests in meetings and discussions with government officials and other external stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and opportunities related to public policy and government affairs.
  6. Conduct research and analysis on emerging policy issues and their potential impact on PepsiCo's business.
  7. Develop and manage budgets for public policy and government affairs initiatives.
  8. Serve as a spokesperson for PepsiCo on public policy and government affairs matters, including media interviews and speaking engagements.
  9. Develop and implement advocacy campaigns to support PepsiCo's policy priorities.
  10. Communicate PepsiCo's positions and perspectives on key policy issues to internal and external audiences.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in public policy and government affairs.
  12. Serve as a subject matter expert on legislative and regulatory issues related to the food and beverage industry.
  13. Prepare and deliver presentations on public policy and government affairs topics to internal and external stakeholders.
  14. Work closely with the legal team to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  15. Provide guidance and support to other departments on public policy and government affairs matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Public Policy, Political Science, Government Relations, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Government Affairs, Public Policy, Or Government Relations, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Local, State, And Federal Government Processes And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Government Officials.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Public Policy And Government Affairs Strategies, With A Focus On Achieving Business Objectives And Advocating For The Company's Interests.
