We are looking for a talented Manager of HR Operations to join our team at PepsiCo. This individual will be responsible for leading the day-to-day HR operations of PepsiCo, including managing personnel, overseeing payroll, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in human resources; experience in payroll and benefits administration is preferred. Additionally, they should be highly organized, have excellent attention to detail, and possess great problem-solving and communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day HR operations of PepsiCo, including managing personnel, overseeing payroll, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
- Develop and implement strategies to manage personnel, payroll, and other HR-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, including those related to wages, benefits, safety, and labor relations.
- Maintain accurate records of employee data, including payroll, benefits, and performance reviews.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth functioning of all HR operations.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with managers and supervisors to ensure the effective implementation of HR initiatives.
- Answer employee questions and resolve HR-related issues in a timely manner.
- Lead and motivate the HR team to ensure high levels of productivity.
- Stay up to date on new developments in the field of HR operations.
