- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns to management.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Required For This Position To Ensure Basic Educational Qualifications Are Met.
Technical Training: Candidates Should Have Technical Training In Areas Such As Electrical, Mechanical Or Industrial Maintenance. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Strong Foundation In The Technical Skills Necessary For The Role.
Experience In Maintenance: Previous Experience In Maintenance, Preferably In A Manufacturing Environment, Is Required. This Includes Experience In Troubleshooting, Repairing And Maintaining Production Equipment.
Strong Analytical Skills: Maintenance Technicians Need To Be Able To Analyze Complex Technical Problems And Come Up With Effective Solutions. This Requires Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Team Player: A Maintenance Technician Works Closely With Other Team Members And Departments To Ensure The Smooth Operation Of The Production Process. The Ability To Work Well In A Team And Communicate Effectively Is Essential For This Role.
