  1. Create and maintain maintenance schedules for all production facilities, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and minimal downtime.
  2. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to plan and prioritize maintenance tasks based on production needs.
  3. Identify potential equipment issues and proactively develop plans to address them before they impact production.
  4. Work closely with maintenance technicians to track and monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of necessary parts and materials for maintenance tasks.
  6. Develop and implement standard operating procedures for maintenance tasks to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  7. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  8. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance for analysis and future planning.
  9. Continuously review and improve maintenance processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  10. Communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholders, including production teams, management, and external partners.
  11. Stay updated on industry best practices and technology advancements to improve maintenance processes.
  12. Mentor and train junior maintenance planners to develop their skills and knowledge.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the maintenance team.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to the company's values and goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Maintenance Planning And Scheduling Techniques: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Maintenance Planning And Scheduling Processes, Including Preventive Maintenance, Work Prioritization, And Resource Allocation.

  • Experience With Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (Cmms): Familiarity With Cmms Software, Such As Sap Or Maximo, Is Essential For This Role As It Is Used To Create And Manage Maintenance Schedules, Track Inventory, And Document Maintenance Activities.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills: The Candidate Should Be Able To Efficiently Plan And Schedule Maintenance Activities To Minimize Downtime, Optimize Resource Utilization, And Meet Production Goals.

  • Technical Expertise: A Solid Understanding Of Mechanical, Electrical, And Plumbing Systems Is Necessary To Effectively Plan And Schedule Maintenance Activities, Troubleshoot Problems, And Make Informed Decisions.

  • Communication And Teamwork: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills To Interact With Maintenance Technicians, Production Managers, And Other Stakeholders. They Should Also Be Able To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure Smooth Maintenance Operations.
