  1. Develop and implement maintenance integration strategies in alignment with PepsiCo's global goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee and manage cross-functional projects related to maintenance integration, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with all stakeholders.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of maintenance professionals, providing guidance and support to drive continuous improvement and achieve organizational goals.
  4. Collaborate with various departments and teams within PepsiCo to identify opportunities for streamlining maintenance processes and improving efficiency.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure the best quality and cost-effective solutions for maintenance projects.
  6. Monitor and analyze maintenance data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  7. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on maintenance integration initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in maintenance management to continuously enhance PepsiCo's maintenance program.
  9. Develop and manage budgets and resources for maintenance integration projects, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
  10. Foster a culture of safety and compliance within the maintenance team, ensuring all processes and procedures are in line with company policies and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Maintenance Management, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Distribution Environment.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With Proven Ability To Manage And Develop A Team.

  • Experience With Implementing And Managing Maintenance Integration Processes And Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Vendors.
