10. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and quality of production.
11. Train and mentor new team members on equipment operation and company protocols.
12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing PepsiCo to our customers and the public.
13. Flexibility to work on the evening shift and potentially other shifts as needed to support production demands.
14. Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations and standards.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
