  1. Oversee all legal aspects of PepsiCo's M&A transactions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  2. Lead and manage a team of lawyers and legal professionals in executing M&A deals.
  3. Develop and implement legal strategies to support PepsiCo's growth through strategic mergers and acquisitions.
  4. Conduct due diligence and risk assessments on potential M&A targets.
  5. Negotiate and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to M&A transactions.
  6. Advise senior leadership and cross-functional teams on legal matters related to M&A deals.
  7. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to M&A transactions and provide guidance to ensure compliance.
  8. Collaborate with external legal counsel and other advisors to support M&A deals.
  9. Analyze and mitigate potential legal risks associated with M&A transactions.
  10. Participate in the evaluation and integration of acquired companies.
  11. Drive continuous improvement and efficiency in legal processes related to M&A deals.
  12. Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing legal guidance and support for strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.
  13. Serve as a subject matter expert on corporate law and M&A transactions within the company.
  14. Maintain and foster relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  15. Represent PepsiCo in legal matters related to M&A transactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School.

  • At Least 10 Years Of Experience In A Corporate Legal Role, Preferably Within The M&A Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of M&A Laws And Regulations, As Well As Experience With Due Diligence And Deal Structuring.

  • Previous Experience Managing And Leading A Team Of Legal Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Advise And Influence Senior Executives.
